I’m busy pretending to be an adult.
I’m busy pretending that I don’t think every car I see is you. or you.
I’m busy pretending that I understand my friendships of the past, and where they are headed.
I’m busy pretending I can afford this. and that.
I’m busy pretending I can go with the flow.
I’m busy pretending to be me. who that actually is, I have no clue.
I’m busy pretending that didn’t hurt.
and I am busy pretending to not look for you.

Mahua & mmbanana: I don’t think I have ever been called clever in my life- I think I like it! Just don’t hold your breath for my next clever moment to strike.
